What is TCOU?
The Constellation of Us, or TCOU, is a sapphic book trilogy I'm currently writing. It will feature typical fantasy fare such as messy political situations, magic, and shapeshifters, among other things![Synopsis will come when it's ready!]
When will it be released?
The first book will likely be in the ballpark of 100k-110k words as a standard fantasy novel; though past the first draft, I'll likely have to edit it more seriously than I've done in the past, as well as properly set it up for (probable) self-publishing.As I'm a student entering my final year this autumn, I want to aim for the latter half of 2026, though that's not necessarily when it would be published.
I'm interested. Where can I follow the progress?
I will be posting regular updates on my Tumblr and Bluesky, as well as miscellaneous art of the series (I feel obligated to say that I consider my art/designs mostly non-canon for now.)When I feel like I'm gaining enough momentum in the writing process, I'll likely start up a newsletter and a proper website to update those interested.
